George has experience as a CEO and founder of a start- up within the medicinal cannabis sector with a UK license. He also has extensive experience in the FX industry handling currency exchange matters for regulated & non-regulated brokers. George served as Group CFO for a diverse group of companies and has gained experience within international settings such as, North America, LATAM, CIS, Middle East, Asia & Africa covering aspects such as company set ups, taxation, audits & legal matters.

For over a decade Chris has been on an incredible journey learning and utilising his deep knowledge of cannabis to excel his skills in commercial product manufacturing and cultivation. Chris has excelled in the hydroponics industry innovating new methods and implementing best practice that cultivators use to improve their crop yields while overseeing GMP certification in his CBD laboratory in the UK.

Charalambos Prountzos

Legal Counsel

Substantial experience in commercial and corporate law transactions and consulting including energy law, public procurement, corporate and commercial litigation, international asset structuring and protection and financial services. Licensed insolvency practitioner.

Charalambous is also the first Mayor of the new Metropolitan Municipality of Nicosia, which was formed after the merger of the four municipalities of Nicosia, Aglantzia, Engomi, and Agios Dometios
